My pipes are leaking what do I do?

Depending on how bad the leak is, you may want to turn the water off at the street.(The city can assist if you can not find it the meter), or place something if your able to collect the leaking water. Then give us a call to assist with the repair.

My house is stopped up, what can I do until the plumber arrives?

We recommend locating your clean outs. These are one or two pipes in you yard close to the home about 3 or 4 inches around. If you find them take the caps off to let the sewer pressure out then call us ASAP to clear the stoppage.

The water coming out of the faucet smells bad, what’s wrong?

When should I replace my water heater?

That all depends on location. We recommend if it is located inside the home or in the attic to replace after 8 years. If it is located is the garage then we recommend to start checking it monthly till you decide to replace it based upon age.

Things to look for are water in the pan, rust around fittings, rust around top or bottom of heater, black or rust color on the hot side. check T&P drain and pan drain line for water.
